Submit your logo in a cut-ready file format (SVG, AI, EPS, or DXF), and we’ll bring it to life using precision laser cutting in 14-gauge steel.

• Custom sizes up to 4 ft × 8 ft available upon request.

Signs larger than 48" may require freight shipping. Be sure to provide a phone number and note if the delivery is to a residential or commercial address.

$65/hour

Includes: 2 rounds of revisions

Artwork & Design Requirements: All artwork must be compatible with CNC plasma cutting. Highly detailed, intricate, or AI-generated designs may not be suitable for cutting from steel due to structural limitations.Fine details, thin lines, shading, textures, or small isolated elements cannot be cut and may cause the finished sign to fail. Designs must maintain sufficient material strength and connectivity after cutting.If submitted artwork is not CNC-compatible, it may require simplification or redesign to ensure structural integrity. Custom design deposits cover the time required to evaluate and prepare artwork for steel fabrication. Final design approval is based on what can be physically manufactured from steel, not digital appearance alone.

Proofs & Lead Time:

You will need to send your artwork to steve@iron-resurrection.com. Typically you should see a proof within 2-4 days. Once approved, typical lead time is 14-21 days.

Plasma cutting uses negative space — think of your logo as a silhouette. Some intricate details may be simplified for clarity and strength. We’re happy to help refine your design for optimal results.
