This service includes professionally scanning your customer-supplied item and creating a cleaned-up STL file optimized for single-color 3D printing. Your original part will be safely packaged and returned after the scanning process is complete.

How It Works: After placing your order, you will be contacted via email with instructions on where to send your part for scanning and processing.

Part Size Reference:

• Small Part Examples: Clips, knobs, emblems, brackets, handheld items, or parts generally under 6"

• Medium Part Examples: Trim pieces, vents, housings, dashboard components, or parts roughly 6–12"

• Large Part Examples: Large trim panels, center consoles, multi-piece items, or parts 12"-16"

• Oversized / Complex Parts: Very large, damaged, incomplete, or multi-section items may require custom quoting.

Important Information:

• This service provides a printable mesh file, not an editable CAD or STEP file

• Minor imperfections may still exist depending on the condition of the original part

• Broken, warped, or incomplete parts may require additional repair work or reconstruction fees

• Exact OEM fitment cannot be guaranteed

• Customer is responsible for shipping the original part to us

Print Size Information: Physical reproduction services are limited by maximum printer build volume. Larger items may require splitting into multiple sections for printing and assembly.

If your part exceeds standard build dimensions, we will contact you before production to discuss available options and assembly methods.

Typical turnaround time: Approximately 2–4 weeks after receiving your part.
