Steel parts and production cutting
Whether you need a replacement bracket, a custom mounting plate or multiple copies of a design, tell us the material thickness, overall dimensions, hole locations and quantity. Our CNC plasma table accommodates sheets up to 5 × 10 feet. Cutting suitability, tolerances, finishing and shipping are confirmed for each project before production.
Send a DXF or vector design
DXF files are preferred for dimensioned parts. SVG, AI and EPS files are also welcome for compatible sign designs. Include the units, required dimensions and any critical fit requirements. If you only have a sketch or reference photo, contact us to discuss design preparation and pricing.
Finishing options
Discuss raw steel or in-house powder coating when requesting your quote. Specify how the part will be used so we can review material and finishing requirements with you.
