Return and Refund Policy

IR Fabrication is operated by Iron Resurrection LLC in Lexington, South Carolina.

Made-to-Order and Custom Products

Our products are made to order, including metal signs, automotive silhouettes, personalized items, photo panels, and custom 3D-printed products.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections, or customer-supplied errors. Please review all sizes, colors, spelling, vehicle information, photos, and other order details before placing your order.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed, except as required by law or expressly approved by IR Fabrication.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match your order, contact steve@ir-fab.com promptly with:

Your order number.
A description of the issue.
Clear photographs of the item.
Photographs of the packaging and shipping label if shipping damage occurred.

Please retain the item and all packaging until we provide instructions. Do not return an item without contacting us first.

After reviewing the issue, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, or refund. We will cover necessary return shipping for confirmed manufacturing defects, shipping damage, or errors on our part.

30-Day Limited Warranty

We provide a 30-day limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning on the date of delivery or local pickup.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, modifications, improper care, or normal wear. It does not cover rust or corrosion resulting from scratches, damaged coatings, or unsuitable exposure.

This warranty is separate from any rights available under applicable law.

Materials and Appearance

Our products are individually fabricated and finished. Minor variations in metal texture, cut edges, finish, and color are normal. Powder coating provides a protective and decorative finish but may include minor surface imperfections.

Colors may appear different on screens than in person. Minor variations consistent with the product description do not qualify as defects. These provisions do not exclude significant manufacturing defects or items that materially differ from what was ordered.

For customer-supplied photos, artwork, measurements, or wording, we are not responsible for issues resulting from inaccurate information or low-quality source files.

Production and Shipping Delays

Production times are listed on the applicable product page and are separate from shipping transit times.

If we cannot ship within the stated timeframe, we will notify you of the revised timing and offer any cancellation or refund options required by applicable law. If we are unable to fulfill your order, we will refund the amount paid for the unfulfilled portion, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, we will notify you and process it to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.

For an approved discretionary return unrelated to a defect or error on our part, any return shipping costs and refund conditions will be explained before you send the item back.
