Panel details and photo guidance
Turn your favorite vehicle, pet, family photo or business image into a custom aluminum photo print. IR Fabrication prints your image on a genuine ChromaLuxe gloss metal photo panel using dye sublimation for sharp detail, rich color and a frameless wall display.
Choose your panel
Available sizes: 5 × 7, 8 × 10, 11 × 14 and 12 × 18 inches. Choose landscape or portrait orientation for your photo.
What is included
- Your photo printed on a genuine ChromaLuxe gloss aluminum panel.
- One 4 × 4 × ½ inch rear hanging mount, supplied unattached. Attach the mount behind the panel to create a floating wall display.
Photo treatment
Print as supplied: No color, brightness or contrast editing. Your image may still need cropping to fit the selected panel size and orientation.
Enhance color and contrast: We adjust brightness, color and contrast for a natural result. Enhancement cannot restore missing detail or make a blurry photo sharp.
Photo quality and cropping
- Send the original, full-resolution JPG, PNG or TIFF file whenever possible. Screenshots and images downloaded from social media often lose detail.
- Blurry, dark or low-resolution photos can affect the finished print.
- The shape of your photo may differ from the selected panel. Cropping may be required. Use the photo notes field to tell us about people or important details you want retained.
- Colors can vary slightly between screens and the finished panel.
How to send your photo
Upload your photo when ordering, or email the original file to steve@ir-fab.com with your order number after checkout. Production can begin once we have your photo.
Production and care
Each panel is made to order. Typical production time is 2–4 weeks. Indoor display is recommended. The gloss surface is scratch resistant, but it should be handled with care. Avoid prolonged direct sunlight to help preserve the print.
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the personalized nature of these items, all sales are final once production has started. Please review our store terms and policies before ordering.

Shown in proportion in landscape orientation. Portrait uses the same dimensions turned vertically. These are relative sizes, not life-size.
How the floating mount works
The mount is supplied unattached. Once attached behind the panel, it provides a floating appearance on the wall.
